It’s harvesting time here in Michigan. At Great Taste Cuisine we’ve been hard at work, turning our harvest in to goodies for our customers. This year’s batch of Bob’s Hot Sauce is hotter than last year’s, but still has that great flavor that makes it unique. The jellies we’ve produced this season are already a hit with friends and family, and we can’t wait for our customer’s to give them a try.

We will soon be offering our very popular Jellies, Hot Sauce, Spreads and Dips at select retail locations (to be announced). Here is a little preview of what is to come.

Caprese Spread

Sun dried tomatoes, basil pesto and mozzarella transformed into a buttery spread. This is a favorite among our friends, family and clients. Goes great on sandwiches or tossed with pasta.

Bob’s Hot Sauce

A complex blend of chilies, herbs and spices make this hot sauce stand out from the rest. The goal is not to melt your tongue and make your head explode, but to make your taste buds stand up and pay attention. Bob’s Hot Sauce is a perfect compliment to almost any food, by enhancing the flavors that are already there, not overpowering them. Try adding a little to eggs, a stir fry, or even dessert!

Crab Apple Jelly

Crab apples are related to the apples you find in the grocery store, and include a wide range different types. The crab apples we use in our jelly are small tart and look almost like cherries. Our Crab Apple Jelly reflects the fruit it’s made from, sweet, tart, and perfect for morning toast!

Crab Apple Hot Pepper Jelly

The same as our Crab Apple Jelly but with a little kick! A special blend of chilies is a perfect compliment to the unique flavor of crab apples. This jelly is perfect for glazing chicken, pork, or duck and adds a Szechwan flair.

Jalapeño Jelly

Sounds a little crazy and it is! Not as hot as you think though. Sweet, spicy and a great pepper flavor make our Jalepeño Jelly a crowd-pleaser. Simply paired with cream cheese on a cracker is our favorite way to enjoy this treat.
