What a party! The food was fantastic. My family and friends are still complimenting me on my caterer.
The menu you planned was perfect. The ribs you prepared were delicious and the variety was ideal. You kept it simple but yet had enough variety to make the meal appealing to all my guests. They were impressed by the selection and intrigued by all the styles of ribs, leading many of my guests to try them all. The “rattlesnake” ribs were the party favorite, but only by a slim margin.
The rave reviews didn’t stop at the main course though. The side dishes also proved to be delicious and well planned. My guests could not get enough of the pulled pork egg rolls oh my goodness! I heard guests telling other guests that they had to try them. The spring salad went perfectly with the meal and was a light and refreshing side dish on such a hot day. One friend even requested the spring salad recipe. I gave her your card. The grilled fruit was a wonderful concept and complemented the meal perfectly. The two varieties of cornbread, coleslaw and corn on the cob added to the variety and were again amazing!In addition to preparing an outstanding meal, you also provided effective and thorough service. As you promised I did not have to do anything the day of the party-you took care of it all! There was always food out and ready to go. Your staff was friendly and professional. They were accommodating while describing and serving food. Moreover, the small touches you thought of were great- I loved the aprons, the silverware organizer was charming, and all your food was labeled and easily accessible. At the end of the evening you quietly cleaned and packed up. I appreciated you leaving the remaining food out and covered which, by the way, was gone about three hours later.
My experience with Great Taste Cuisine was outstanding! I cannot thank you enough for creating this event. It was a privilege to work with you, and I will certainly use Great Taste again for my future catered events.
